You will need

  • grated cheese - 120 g;

  • chicken fillet - 550 g;

  • carrots - 1-2 pcs;

  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp;

  • mustard - 1-2 tbsp;

  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 4 tbsp;

  • ground black pepper and salt.

Instruction manual

1

Cut the fillet or chicken breast into pieces about two centimeters thick. Pepper and salt them.

2

To make the marinade, mix mayonnaise, mustard, spices and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the chicken into the prepared solution and let it brew for two hours.

3

Grate a carrot with cheese on a coarse grater. Put baking paper in a baking dish, lay chicken on it in layers, then carrot, sprinkle cheese on top.

4

Preheat the oven to 200 oC and place the chicken there under a fur coat in a mustard marinade. Bake the dish for 30 minutes until cooked. Before serving it, you can garnish with parsley and dill.

Useful advice

Instead of mayonnaise, you can use regular vegetable oil. Tomatoes cut into thin sections can also be placed on top of the chicken.
