Make a composition in which the wings will be pickled. Take 2 large onions and cut into half rings. Chop the garlic, add it to the onion. Mix with this mass of spices. Pour pepper to taste, turmeric on the tip of the knife, and salt - one and a half tablespoons. Remember the mass with your hands so that the onion gives juice.

Defrost chicken wings. They should not have ice or excess moisture. Rinse well under running water and dry with paper towels. Dip the wings into the composition so that the onions completely cover them. Top with olive oil.

Red wine lightly heat in a water bath. Add honey to it and stir until it dissolves in wine. Best for the composition is homemade wine or sweet semi-dry. Then pour the onion and wine with wine so that it spreads evenly over the wings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Then add liquid smoke and wait another 2 hours.

Spread paper or clean wafer towels on the table. Remove chicken wings from the composition and place on towels so that they dry out a little. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the wings on the grill. Place a pan on the lower tier so that the fat from the wings flows into it, and not into the fire. In the oven, the wings are fried for 30-35 minutes. Remove the snack from the oven and cool.

From the remaining onion composition, you can prepare the sauce to the wings. Take a small portion of the onion with spices, pass in sunflower oil until the onion becomes golden. Add 4-5 tablespoons of tomato paste and a little adjika. Stir with onions, add half a glass of boiled water. Boil the sauce until thick, stirring constantly. As soon as the tomato paste thickens - remove from heat and cool. In combination with this sauce, grilled chicken wings will be the main treat on your table.
