You will need
- - 470 g of flour;
- - 230 g butter;
- - 120 g of powdered sugar;
- - an egg;
- - 10 g of cocoa powder without additives.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Cut the butter into slices and in a bowl we begin to mix it with flour and powdered sugar with our hands. Once the mass becomes homogeneous, add a slightly beaten egg to it and knead the elastic dough.

We divide the dough into two equal parts, add cocoa to one of them and mix again to make the dough a homogeneous chocolate color.

We form identical sausages with a diameter of 3 centimeters from both parts of the dough. Cut them very carefully along.

A slice of each half is slightly moistened with water and combine the chocolate dough with white.

We cut the resulting sausage lengthwise again to make half a cylinder with a white and chocolate part. Again, lubricate the slice of dough with water and connect the parts so that we get a cylinder with alternating chocolate and white components.
