Chicken meat through a meat grinder with pulp of white bread. Optionally, for the sharpness of taste, you can add 1 clove of garlic or a small head of onion to the minced meat. Thoroughly mix the prepared mass, add salt, pepper and seasonings.

Melt the butter separately and pour it into the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly again. Form small patties and roll each in breadcrumbs.

Lubricate the microwave oven dish with vegetable oil, warm it up a little and put the ready-made cutlets.

Turn on the microwave at maximum power and cook the patties for 8 minutes, then turn them on the other side and bake in the same way. When the time is up - pour the dish with chicken broth or plain water and leave to cook in the microwave for another 5 minutes. Before serving, cutlets can be decorated with greens or sauce.
