After the potatoes are boiled, it is necessary to drain the water, dry it and let it cool before wiping through a sieve. Thus, mashed potatoes are obtained.

Letting cool slightly and adding the egg, mix thoroughly. We make small cutlets from the resulting mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs on both sides.

Finished meatballs are fried in a pan from two sides, having previously melted margarine on it.

Serve the fried cutlets on a plate, pouring a little over with melted butter. Sour cream is served in a separate plate.
