With lentils, do the following: pour it into a bowl and fill it with cold water. In this state, it should remain for half an hour. Peel the potato and 1 onion and cut into large pieces. Drain the lentil cup and drain it through a meat grinder. Sliced ​​potatoes and onions should do the same. Combine all three products, add to them a tablespoon of vegetable oil, as well as salt and pepper. Mix well. Thus, minced meat turned out.

From the minced meat, make cutlets and fry them in a frying pan until golden brown, that is, for 5 minutes, on each side. First you need to cook them over high heat, then on medium.

Peel and chop the second onion. Take a saucepan and pour pomegranate juice into it. It must be heated, then add chopped onions and cilantro to it. Also do not forget to salt and pepper this mixture.
