The total cooking time, depending on the volume, will take about 1.5 hours.

For cooking, we need:

  • 200 g margarine

  • 0.5 kg of cottage cheese (choose fat content to taste)

  • 0.7 kg of flour (it is better to use ready-made pancake)

  • 7 pcs eggs

  • 1 sachet of vanillin

  • 0.5 cups of sugar (if you love the sweeter, more)

  • 1 tbsp. l pastry poppy

  • 10 pieces. fruit caramels (best "pads")

  • salt (to taste)

  • banana chips for decoration (or what anyone likes)

  • aluminum foil sheet

  • 2 containers for dough and filling

  • We also prepare vegetable oil and lubricate it with a mold (if the mold is silicone, then this is not required)

Let's start by making the dough.

We immediately spread all the margarine into a container, gradually add 0.6 kg of flour to it in portions and carefully chop the resulting mixture with a knife. When the flour begins to pour, we continue to rub with our fingers. As a result, we should get a fine-grained friable structure. We put the resulting dough for half an hour in the refrigerator. While it cools, let's get into the filling.

Filling

Beat eggs thoroughly until fluffy foam. Gently add sugar, poppy seeds, vanillin, salt to them. Beat well again. Gradually (very gradually!) Add to the resulting cottage cheese. Visually and on the test, the filling should be reminiscent of consistency of whipped sour cream. Turn on the oven. While we are engaged in assembly, it is guaranteed to have time to warm up to the desired temperature. It is advisable to place the iron grate in the oven in the penultimate position, since the cheesecake is very airy and will gradually grow up. To prevent our baking from burning, put a piece of aluminum foil on the grate, preferably with the glossy side down.
