You will need
- - Gruyere cheese - 400 g;
- - Emmental cheese - 250 g;
- - dry white wine - 300 ml;
- - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- - starch - 2 teaspoons;
- - cherry vodka - 1 tablespoon;
- - nutmeg;
- - white bread - 400 g;
- - garlic - 1 clove.

Peel and cut the garlic in half. Rub the fondue with garlic from the inside. Put the dishes on the burner.

Cut the crust from the cheese and grate it on a coarse grater. Pour dry wine into the fondue and add a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. After a couple of minutes, add cheese shavings to warm wine and heat the mass, stirring constantly, until the cheese is completely melted.

Dilute potato starch with a little cherry vodka, season with grated nutmeg. Add the mixture to the fondue bowl to help thicken the cheese mass.

With white bread, cut the crusts and cut it into cubes. Pound them on fondue forks, dip in melted cheese and enjoy the exquisite taste.
