- 125 g smoked trout
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Fresh parsley
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 asparagus pods
- 3 radishes
- 2 sheets of salad
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- For refueling:
- 80 g of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- Black pepper

I wash the potatoes well, clean them and boil them in salt water. Cut the cooled potatoes into circles. Cook asparagus for 5 minutes, cool and finely chop. We cut half the onion into cubes, the other half into half rings. Cut the radish and bell pepper into strips.

Put chopped potatoes, onions into cubes and parsley in a bowl and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into it, mix and leave.

Lettuce leaves and put on a plate. Mix radish, pepper, asparagus and onion half rings in a bowl and spread on lettuce leaves.

We make a gas station. Mix yogurt, olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. Mix a third of the dressing with potatoes and put it on a plate for vegetables.
