Cooking method:

Take a pot, pour water and put in a boil. Wash the potatoes, peel, if large, then cut into pieces. Beat eggs until white foam. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Put potatoes in boiling water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). Add half the butter in mashed potatoes and mix well to completely melt the butter. Then add beaten eggs, onions and cheese. Salt, pepper and mix well. Put the finished mashed potatoes in portioned pots, smooth, spread on the surface pieces of the remaining butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the potatoes until browned for about 20 minutes. Serve hot without shifting to other dishes. You can decorate with a sprig of parsley.
