You will need

  • For 4 servings:

  • - 120 ml of fat cream;

  • - 4 large potato tubers;

  • - 200 g of parmesan;

  • - 200 g of butter;

  • - 4 tbsp sour cream;

  • - salt, pepper and ground dried garlic to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Each potato tuber is well washed, cleaning off all the dirt (it is better to even use a special brush for vegetables, if you have it on the farm).

2

Cut across, but do not cut to the end: potatoes should resemble a tattered book.

3

We heat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a baking sheet, lining it with baking paper.

4

It is better to pre-freeze the oil in the freezer, so that it is easier to work with it. Then cut it into thin slices. Insert a small piece into each cut on the tuber. We heartily salt and pepper root vegetables and sprinkle with dried ground garlic. We send it to the oven for about 30-40 minutes - it all depends on the capacity of your oven and, of course, the size of the potatoes.

5

15 minutes before cooking, pour root cream with fat cream, then three cheese and sprinkle potatoes on it. Put the finished potatoes on a plate and “crown” with a spoon of sour cream and finely chopped favorite greens. Such a potato will be an excellent side dish for grilled chicken, but it may well serve as an independent hearty dish!
