Cooking Method:

  • In a saucepan, warm water, salt. Take the thawed shrimp, peel, boil, drain from them and let cool.

  • Sprinkle the finished dough well with flour, roll out a large thin cake and cut into 8 pieces in approximately the shape of squares.

  • Arrange the cooled shrimp into 8 portions, arrange it into squares and form bags, you need to pinch it strongly at the assembly site. After that, put all the bags on a kitchen board sprinkled with flour, cover with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes.
