    • Pork entrecotes - 2 pieces,
    • Tomatoes - 2 pieces,
    • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces,
    • Eggplant - 2 pieces,
    • Onions - 1 piece,
    • Garlic - 3-4 cloves,
    • Vegetable oil,
    • Fresh greens
    • Salt
    • ground black pepper.

Season the meat with salt, pepper, crush a couple of cloves of garlic, rub the meat with it, wrap it with cling film, let it sit for an hour at room temperature. Wash the tomatoes, peppers and eggplant.

Preheat the oven to 220C. If it has a grill mode, turn it on. Take the wire rack, put the meat in the center, put tomatoes, peppers and eggplant at the edges. Put in the oven. Place a baking dish or baking sheet under the wire rack so that the juice that flows from the meat drips there.

After half an hour, turn off the oven, remove the vegetables, let the meat still stand. Cool the vegetables, peel them and finely chop them, put them in a bowl. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic and herbs. Put everything in a bowl, salt, pepper, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix.

Remove the meat from the oven, put it on the plates, put the vegetable mixture as a side dish, decorate with greens and serve.
