  • - 2 tsp spicy pepper seasoning;

  • - 1.5 tbsp transparent honey;

  • - 2.5 cm of fresh ginger root;

  • - 4 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar;

  • - juice of one lime or lemon.

  • Salad:

  • - 1 ripe but dense mango;

  • - 2 ripe but strong plums;

  • - 0.25 heads of red-washed dishes;

  • - 55 g of watercress leaves;

  • - 0.5 cucumber;

  • - 0.5 red bell pepper;

  • - 3-4 feathers of green onions;

  • - 45 g of fresh herbs of mint and coriander;

  • - 2 tbsp roasted unsalted peanuts.

Put paprika, pepper seasoning, honey, ginger in a saucepan, pour in vinegar and gradually, stirring, add 250 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and leave on the stove for another 5 minutes. Remove from the stove, pour in lime or lemon juice, stir and set aside.

Peel and cut the mango into strips. Cut plums into slices. Chop cabbage. Cut cucumber and pepper into thin strips. Chop the green onion feathers, chop the peanuts in large pieces with a knife. Combine all salad ingredients except peanuts in a large serving platter.

Cut the meat into thin strips. Chop the garlic finely. Put the beef in a bowl with garlic, sugar and soy sauce, mix. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat, pour olive oil. Put the meat and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
