    • Bell pepper - 2 pieces,

Rinse the meat in cold water, dry it slightly with tissue paper or paper towels. Cut into small pieces.

Preheat the pan, fry the meat in portions on it until golden brown, then lay the meat in pots equally.

Wash the vegetables. Onion, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes cut into small cubes, beans into three parts pod. For bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Lay the vegetables in layers on top of the meat in the following order: onions, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, beans and potatoes. Each layer slightly add and slightly pepper. Pour water into each pot, approximately to the middle of the vegetable layers, the potato layer should not be in the water! Close the pots with lids.

Preheat the oven, put the pots on the baking sheet and send them to stew at a temperature of 200 ° C, after 15-20 minutes, reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 ° C and darken the vegetables for another half hour - 40 minutes.

Turn off the oven, after 10 minutes, remove the pots, open the lids, sprinkle finely chopped greens on top and carry on the table.

Potatoes should not be stewed in a broth with tomatoes, its layer is higher. The potato comes to a couple steaming, otherwise it may not boil at all.
