Instruction manual
1
Soak stale bread (preferably white) in a little milk or cream. Knead 1 egg, finely chopped onions, soaked bread, salt, pepper and paprika in minced meat. The latest ingredients should be added according to your taste preferences.
2
Divide the resulting mass into 8 equal cutlets. They must be formed in such a way that a recess for the filling is formed in the upper part. Then fry the patties in hot oil only on the underside.
3
Cover the baking dish with foil and place the patties at a short distance from each other. Lightly grease the foil with vegetable oil. Cut tomatoes and cheese into cubes and carefully place in specially prepared cavities. The dish is cooked in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Before serving, "nests" can be decorated with greens.
