Everyone knows about the benefits of fruit salads firsthand, so they must be included in the diet in winter and summer.

Fruit Salad with Strawberry Sauce
Composition:
- 200 g of melon;
- 150 ml cream;
- 100 g of grapes;
- 100 g of blackberry;
- 100 g of strawberries;
- 2 pears;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Cut the flesh of the melon into small cubes. Rinse the grapes, cut each berry into two parts, remove the seeds. Sort out the blackberry, rinse. Wash the pears, peel, cut. Mix berries and fruits.
Make a smoothie out of strawberries (use a mixer), whip the cream with strawberries until smooth. Pour the prepared fruit into the prepared sauce.
Fruit Salad with Cranberry Sauce
Composition:
- 100 ml lime juice;
- 100 g cranberries;
- 1 mango;
- 1 papaya;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Peel the fruit, remove the papaya and mango seeds, cut into small pieces. Place the papaya and mango in a salad bowl.
Mash cranberries, mix with sugar and lime juice. Pour the fruit into the resulting sauce.
