There are many recipes for stuffed apples - cottage cheese, cheese and even meat (for example, chicken fillet) can serve as a filling. But the traditional New Year's option will be the filling of dried fruits, nuts and cinnamon. To prepare such a dessert is very simple, and its appearance is very appetizing.

You will need

  • - 4 medium sized apples;

  • - 75 g of sugar;

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons (with a slide) of chopped nuts;

  • - 4 tbsp. spoons (with a slide) of pitted raisins;

  • - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Instruction manual

1

Take 4 strong ripe apples of medium size, it is good if they have small twigs on top. Now rinse the fruit thoroughly under running water, pat dry with paper towels.

2

Cut the tops of apples with a sharp knife - these will be the “caps” of the dessert. Cut a small piece of pulp from each apple along with the core and seeds. You can slightly sprinkle with lemon juice so that the flesh does not darken.

3

Granulate sugar into powder. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Mix powdered sugar, chopped walnuts, raisins and ground cinnamon. Optionally, you can additionally grind the mass in a blender.

4

Fill the apples with the cooked filling and cover with “lids”. Put apples on oiled baking sheets or in ceramic batch plates for soufflé.

5

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, place apples there and cook for 30-35 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle stuffed apples with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
