Instruction manual
1
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a large baking dish: grease with a small amount of butter and sprinkle with flour (can be lined with baking paper).
2
Mix the eggs with a fork with a pair of a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla extract.
3
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath with the addition of butter. Do not forget to stir to make the mixture homogeneous! Cool the resulting cream a little and pour in the eggs. Stir until smooth.
4
Sift flour and add to the liquid components of the dessert. Mix thoroughly again. At the very end, add chocolate drops and dried fruits. Mix again a little: just so that the additives are evenly distributed. Transfer the dough into a mold and bake for about 30 minutes. Next, cool first at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator.
