To prepare this dish we need:
- 1 domestic chicken
- 300 gr mushrooms
- dill and parsley,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of melted fat or vegetable oil,
- ground black pepper,
- paprika,
- salt.
The way to cook chicken
Take a deep frying pan, put fat or vegetable oil in it, heat it well.
Rinse the mushrooms well, put in a pan, sprinkle with salt and fry in hot oil.
Wash the chicken thoroughly, pat it dry with a napkin and grate it on all sides with a mixture of salt and black pepper and paprika. In the middle of the chicken, lay the fried mushrooms, sew, fix the legs together, thread the neck and put in the roasting pan, pour fat in which the mushrooms were fried, add a little water and put in a heated oven (220 degrees).
After 20 minutes, remove from the oven, if necessary, add water and close the lid. You need to fry for another 30 minutes, periodically pouring chicken on the sauce, which turned out in the process of stewing.
Put the finished chicken on a beautiful dish, remove all the threads, free the legs, put on them papillots, arrange with dill and parsley.
Serve with boiled rice or potatoes and a salad of raw vegetables.
