  • - 200 g of wheat flour;

  • - 1/2 cup sugar;

First of all, you need to grind the cottage cheese to a homogeneous mass. You can wipe it through a special metal sieve or use a blender.

Grind the curd mass well with sugar, then add the raw egg. Mix well again, you can use a whisk.

Then add softened butter to the bowl, after cutting it into small pieces. Stir and whisk lightly with a whisk.

Then you need to add to the test a baking powder or soda, quenched with acetic acid. About 1/4 teaspoon.

Gradually add wheat flour and knead the dough. It should be uniform and elastic and not stick to the hands. If necessary, you can add more flour to the dough for curd cookies.

Cover the table with a thin layer of flour and roll out the curd dough. The thickness of the rolled dough should be about 8 mm.
