You can make an ordinary fried chicken your signature dish by preparing the delicious Teriyaki sauce for it.

You will need
- - chicken wings or thighs, you can also use chicken breast 900 gr.
- - sunflower oil 50 gr.
- - garlic 7 cloves
- - honey 3 tbsp or sugar 4 tbsp
- - soy sauce 70 gr.

Take chicken breasts, legs or wings, if large, cut into several smaller parts and fry for 40 minutes over medium heat using sunflower oil.

While the chicken is fried, prepare the sauce. Pour soy sauce into a small frying pan or saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add sugar or honey to soy sauce and, stirring constantly, cook for another 2 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved. The sauce should remain liquid.

Grind the garlic and add it to our sauce. Depending on your taste, you can reduce or increase the amount of garlic in the sauce.

When the chicken is almost ready, increase the heat and fry the chicken on all sides for another 2 minutes, and then add the sauce.

Fry the chicken in the sauce for another 10 minutes, constantly stirring the chicken pieces, so that the garlic is slightly fried.

Serve the chicken in Teriyaki sauce in a deep bowl, pouring sauce from a frying pan on top.
Useful advice
For chicken in Teriyaki sauce, a side dish of rice, mashed potatoes, spaghetti or salad is suitable. You can fry dark bread. This sauce can be used to prepare a vegetable salad with lettuce, arugula and tomatoes, after cooling the sauce.
