Hot chocolate at home is of two different types. It all depends on what basis is used to make the drink. It can be tiled bitter or milk chocolate, or it can be cocoa powder. Also, the drink is prepared from a mixture of these two main ingredients.

Hot chocolate with potato starch.
Stir 2 tbsp. tablespoons of starch in one glass of cold milk. Pour in a saucepan 4 tbsp. milk and put on fire. Pour 200 g of chocolate into small pieces into milk to dissolve faster. Constantly mix the chocolate and milk mass. When the chocolate pieces have completely dissolved, pour in the dissolved starch. Cook hot chocolate until thickened. Remove from heat and pour into small cups. Serve hot.

Hot chocolate on cream.
Pour 1 cup of fat cream (33%) into a saucepan. Put in them pieces of dark chocolate (100 g), dissolve the chocolate in cream. Add milk to the desired density, stir well the resulting chocolate mass. For those who love a better one, you can dissolve milk chocolate, instead of bitter, or add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar to the hot mass.

Hot chocolate in milk.
Boil in a saucepan 1 tbsp. milk, break into it one bar of dark chocolate (100 g) and one bar of milk chocolate (100 g). Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Serve hot. Sprinkle finely crushed nuts on top of hot chocolate.

Hot chocolate with yolk.
Beat one egg yolk and 1/2 cup milk. Pour ½ cup cream into a saucepan, break the bar of bitter or milk chocolate (100 g), stir constantly. When the chocolate melts, pour in the yolk with milk, stir well and remove from heat. Pour hot into serving cups.

Cocoa.
Boil 500 g of milk. Add to it 2 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar. 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder dilute in 1 cup of water and pour into boiling milk. Stir. Drink it hot.
Useful advice
If only adults will drink your hot chocolate, pouring chocolate into cups, add 1 teaspoon of aromatic liquor to them.
