Surely everyone in his life tried a fairly large number of all kinds of desserts. I offer you a recipe for another very tasty and unusual treat called "Majuni", which is made from rice.

  • - round-grain rice - 500 g;

  • - water - 1.5 l;

  • - sugar - 1 tablespoon;

  • - honey - 70 g;

  • - freshly ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon;

  • - butter;

  • - Fresh fruits or berries.

With rice, do the following: sort it thoroughly, rinse, then put it in boiling water and cook over very low heat until it boils. Do not forget to constantly stir the cereal during this procedure, otherwise it will burn.

Then add the following ingredients to the boiled rice: granulated sugar, as well as freshly ground black pepper and honey. By the way, the amount of granulated sugar can be adjusted at your discretion. The most important thing in this dish is honey, so use the varieties that have a very rich taste and aroma to make Majuni. Stir the resulting mixture until it becomes homogeneous, then cook under the lid for 5 minutes, at least.

Lubricate a tall baking sheet or baking dish with a small amount of butter. Place the rice-honey mass at the bottom of your chosen shape so that it lies evenly over the entire surface. Leave the future dessert in this form for a while - it should cool slightly.

Cut the slightly cooled dish with a knife into slices in the form of rhombuses, then let it cool completely. Dessert "Majuni" is ready! Serve this rice treat with honey and fresh fruits or berries.
