Pancakes, in my opinion, is the simplest delicacy that can be quickly cooked. There are a lot of variations of this dish. I offer you one of them - pancakes with apple flavor.

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Mix the yolks with salt and beat. Then add milk, sugar and butter to them, which must first be melted. In this mass, gradually pour flour, not forgetting to stir at the same time, so that lumps do not form. With proteins, do this: beat them until foam, then add to the bulk. Mix everything thoroughly. The pancake dough is ready.

Apple should do this: cut off the skin from them and remove the core. Cut the remaining flesh into thin slices.

Preheat the pan. You need to make pancakes like this: first lay out the sliced apple slices and only then pour them with dough, not vice versa. They should be fried on both sides for approximately 1.5 minutes each. Apple Crust Pancakes Ready! To the table they can be served, for example, with jam.
