- Ingredients for 6 people:
- - 150 gr. butter;
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - 2 large eggs;
- - zest of one lemon;
- - 100 gr. ground almonds;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 150 gr. flour;
- - 16 gr. baking powder.

Preheat the oven to 170C. Melt the butter.

Beat eggs with sugar and lemon zest. Pour in a little butter, continue to whip the mass, at the same time pour in the ground almonds.

Add sifted flour with salt and baking powder to the bowl. Using a wooden spatula, gently knead a homogeneous dough.

Lubricate the square or rectangular shape with oil, pour in the dough. We bake the cake for about 35 minutes, if necessary, increase the baking time by several minutes. Cool and cut it into 6 servings.
