You will need

  • - 9 pcs. eggs

  • - 2 tbsp. Sahara

  • - 1.5 tbsp. flour

  • - 1 tsp vanilla sugar

  • - 4 tbsp cherry jam

  • - 200 gr. marshmallows

  • - 1 tbsp cold water

  • - 2 tsp cognac

  • - 250 gr. butter

  • - 1 can of boiled condensed milk

  • - 100 gr. dark chocolate

  • - 100 gr. peanuts

Instruction manual

1

Cook the biscuit. To do this, carefully separate the 5 yolks from the proteins and beat with a glass of sugar and vanillin. The mixture should increase in volume and turn white. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer at medium speed until a light and lush foam is formed. Add sugar in a thin stream and beat the whites well.

2

Part of the whipped proteins is added to the yolk mass, mixed. Add the sifted flour and mix well. Then add the remaining whipped proteins to the dough and mix gently.

3

Lightly grease the baking dish with oil and cover it with parchment. We fill the form with a 2/3 dough, as when baking, the biscuit will increase in volume. We put a biscuit to bake for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. We take out the finished biscuit from the oven and carefully cut it horizontally into two cakes.

4

Cook the syrup. Mix jam with 1 tbsp. water, heat in a water bath. Pour in cognac and stir well. Soak sponge cakes with syrup. Beat 4 egg whites with the remaining sugar and place a few meringues on a baking sheet.

5

Let's make a cream. Whip the soft butter in a blender with condensed milk until a homogeneous lush cream is obtained.

6

Let's make a cake. Lubricate the first cake with butter cream. Spread a layer of meringue on top. Cut the marshmallows into small pieces and fill them with the spaces between the meringues.

7

Then grease the layer of meringue with cream, leaving a little cream to decorate the cake, and sprinkle with peanuts. Cover the cake with a second sponge cake. Gently trim the sides of the cake, grease the remaining cream. Grease the top of the cake with melted chocolate and decorate with the remaining meringue.
