From the forcemeat, form a ball with a diameter of 2 cm and glue it with rice. Boiled rice is very sticky, so there will be no difficulties with this.

Bread balls in breadcrumbs. The breading will stick well to the rice with a thin layer, which we need.

Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and put it on the fire. When the oil warms up, immerse the balls in it. You can check the readiness of the oil by throwing a grain of rice - it should hiss. If the arancini is immersed in poorly heated oil, they will be very greasy and oily. Fry the balls until golden brown and transfer to a plate.

The original recipe used bulgur, which I replaced with rice, since in our city you can’t buy it everywhere. It turned out very tasty!
