You will need

  • - 3 oranges

  • - 7 grams of gelatin,

  • - 60 grams of sugar,

  • - 20 grams of whipped cream.

Instruction manual

1

Wash three large oranges, dry. Roll oranges on the table (needed to highlight the juice inside the fruit). Cut each orange in half and squeeze the juice. If you wish, you can use the purchased juice, but in this case, the dessert will lose its bright aroma and color.

2

Pour 60 grams of sugar into a ladle or small saucepan, add the resulting orange juice. Put the ladle on medium heat and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add 7 grams of gelatin to the heated juice, mix well and leave aside for five minutes. After five minutes, mix well again.

3

Pour in a cup of warm juice, cups, or cups (any portion capacity). If you will be decorating dessert, then leave a little free space on top of the juice container. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours (at night).

4

Before serving, remove the orange jelly from the refrigerator and decorate it with whipped cream, berries, orange slices or your favorite berries (strawberries, raspberries, currants). Serve portioned with a warm drink (tea or coffee). Store dessert for no more than three days in the refrigerator.
