    • 250 g rice

    • 200 g of tomatoes (preferably Cherry)
    • 100 g spinach
    • 1 table. a spoonful of pitted olives
    • 2 table. spoons of raisins

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash and dry the chicken legs. Tear off thyme leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic (you can grate it on a fine grater). Mix thyme with honey, lemon juice and 2 tables. tablespoons of olive oil. Salt, pepper.

With the prepared marinade, grease the chicken legs and place on the oven grate (first substitute the frying pan from the bottom). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Pour rice with 500 ml of water, add salt, turmeric and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 4 parts. Chop the spinach and fry together with tomatoes in 1 table. spoonful of olive oil until all the liquid has evaporated. Chop and mix olives with raisins on spinach and tomatoes. Fold the rice in a colander and combine with vegetables. Eastern fried chicken legs with rice garnish ready!
