- - 100 gr. boiled chickpeas;
- - 75 gr. green beans;
- - a quarter of red pepper;
- - half a small onion;
- - 100 gr. spinach
- - 100 gr. salmon (or salmon);

- - pepper and salt;
- - olive oil.

The chickpeas for this dish must be prepared in advance: soak it in the water in the evening, and the next morning bring to pure boil in clean water and simmer for 1.5-2 hours. Lamb peas should not be cooked, but it should be soft. It needs to be salted ten minutes before being ready.

We wash the boiled chickpeas and throw them into a colander.

Wash the vegetables, let them dry. Boil green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cut the pepper into small pieces, chop the onion, cut the spinach or tear it with your hands.

In olive oil, fry all vegetables until cooked, add small pieces of salmon (salmon) and chickpeas. Pepper, salt, sprinkle curry. Mix and fry for several minutes until the fish is ready.
