Many people don’t eat vegetables, because they don’t think that you can cook something tasty from them. Many are due to diseases and the individual reaction of the body. For most, the list of vegetables is limited to only 5-6 names, and the list of dishes from them is completely three: borsch, stewed cabbage and mashed potatoes. How to introduce into the diet such an unloved category of products?

1. New week - a new product! Ask traders in the market what can be prepared from celery, forehead, fennel. Look for unusual recipes with new vegetables. Take a chance and buy asparagus in the supermarket. There is one trick: try new vegetables when hungry. You will surely find something that you like!

2. We are looking for new ways of cooking vegetables that allow us to better preserve their taste and texture! For example, cook them on a wire rack, but do not use a lot of oil and do not keep them on fire for too long so that they retain their unique taste and texture. Any vegetables are suitable for baking! Try to bake them on skewers and serve with green sauce based on natural yogurt or pesto, you will surely like it!

3. Add vegetables to familiar dishes! Several inflorescences of broccoli, zucchini circles, leaf spinach and other greens will not worsen, but rather enrich the taste of a familiar dish! In addition, they will reduce its calorie content. It’s a good idea: to replace part of the meat for cutlets with grated zucchini - the cutlets will turn out to be tasty, juicy, and diet.

4. Making vegetable snacks! Very tasty and healthy: crispy sticks of carrots (or baby carrots), cucumber, radish, celery with dip sauce made from pasty cottage cheese and garlic.

5. We make dressings from vegetables! The simplest and most common, of course, is tomato: just peel the tomatoes from the skins and send them to the blender, along with a spoonful of soy sauce and wasabi to taste, an amazing spaghetti sauce with oriental notes in the taste is ready!

6. Cooking pastries of baked vegetables. And it's not just about squash and eggplant caviar. Bake peppers and tomatoes, pumpkin and onions, sweet potato and use as an addition to the morning sandwich!

7. We drink vegetables! In the heat, a cocktail of cucumber, herbs and kefir will perfectly refresh.

8. We will call cheese for help! If you can’t eat vegetables just like that, bake them under cheese. But try to use low-fat types and do not strew a lot.

9. We bake vegetable tarts! Add low-fat cottage cheese and an egg to the filling, and make the dough on whole-grain flour (or 50/50) is a great lunch option on the go!
