You will need
3 cups flour, 300 ml kefir, 1 small packet of dried yeast (11 grams), 2 teaspoons of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 500 grams of cabbage, vegetable oil.

Peel the cabbage from the top leaves and rinse. Chop the cabbage finely, add a little salt and mix. Pour vegetable oil and a half glass of water into the pan and leave to stew. Stir the cabbage and cook for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is soft.

Heat kefir and add sugar to it, mix. Add the yeast and mix thoroughly. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

In yeast diluted in kefir, add 1 cup flour, 2 eggs and salt. Beat well.

Melt the butter over low heat, let cool for 2-3 minutes and pour into the dough. Add the remaining 2 cups of flour.

Knead the dough for 15 minutes. The dough should not stick to your hands. Cover with a clean towel and leave for an hour in a warm place.

From the dough, make small balls and roll them. In the center, put the cooled stewed cabbage and gently pat the pies.

Put the pies on a baking tray greased with sunflower oil and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Whisk the egg with a whisk and grease the pies. Bake in the oven until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). Bon Appetit!

To make sure that the pie has already been baked, pierce it with a toothpick. If there is no dough left on the toothpick, the pie is ready.
