Preheat the oven to 200C. We grease the form with oil and cover the bottom with baking paper - it should lie exactly in the size of the form.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl with sugar and orange zest. Pour in the orange juice and add the flour, whisk the ingredients slightly again and pour in the butter. Mix thoroughly, but the mass should not become too airy.

Gently pour the egg-orange mass into the baking sheet so that the baking paper does not rise and does not move. Sent in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

On a work surface, spread a clean towel and sprinkle it with a sufficient amount of sugar to the size of the pan. Gently turn the finished cake onto a towel, remove the baking paper and very quickly, but carefully roll the roll and transfer it to the dish. We decorate the roll as you like more.
