For the preparation of manna, the following products will be required:

  • Chicken eggs - 3-4 pieces (depending on size)

  • Sugar - 1 cup

  • Yogurt - 1 glass (if necessary, you can replace a glass of kefir)

  • Semolina - a little less than a glass

  • 68% fat mayonnaise - 1.5-2 tablespoons

  • Soda - about 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice - about one teaspoon

  • Sunflower oil - a little, for lubrication

Cooking:

1. Beat eggs with sugar in a deep bowl.

2. Add yogurt or kefir, mix.

3. Then pour semolina, stir well.

4. To the resulting mass add soda, extinguished with lemon juice.

5. Put mayonnaise in this mixture, mix.

6. All this mass should be left for 1 hour to make the semolina swell.

7. Lubricate a suitable shape with oil.

8. At the bottom of the mold, you can sprinkle a little semolina, so that the mannitol is then easier to remove.

9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

10. After an hour, pour the mass into a mold.

11. Place the manna in a preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes (the manna should be well browned).

12. After the time has expired, remove the manna from the oven and cover it with a clean towel, let stand and cool slightly.

Such a manna can be consumed both hot and cold, with tea, coffee or any other drink.
