- - 50 grams of butter,
- - 100 grams of sugar,
- - 800 grams of apples,
- - 120 grams of lemon
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey
- - ground cinnamon to taste.
- To lubricate cheesecakes:
- - 1 egg
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water.

In heated milk, add 7 g of dried yeast, mix.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance, it should be warm, it is better to melt a little. Add butter to milk with yeast. Salt, add sugar, stir.

Sift flour twice. Add the flour to the yeast mass (it is better to add in small parts, mixing each time). Knead a sticky dough.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for an hour and a half.

After an hour and a half, the dough needs to be kneaded. Leave the dough warm for another 30 minutes to rise.

Rinse the apples, cut the cores, cut into small cubes.

Rinse the lemon and squeeze the juice with which to sprinkle the apples. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.

Heat butter in a pan, in which put apples with honey. Simmer over low heat for about ten minutes. Remove apples from the heat, pour the syrup into a bowl.

Place the dough on a work surface. Divide the dough into pieces, which are rolled into cakes.

Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Place the dough cakes on the parchment and let it warm for 25 minutes.
