Puff pastries can be made from boiled meat, such as beef. To do this, cook the meat and crank it through a meat grinder. Dice the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and remove the skin. Cut them into cubes or grind with a blender. The resulting tomato mass contains a lot of water that needs to be evaporated. To do this, put it in a pan and simmer for 10 - 5 minutes until thickened. Combine meat, onions and tomatoes. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste. Roll out the thawed dough layer to a size of 35x40 cm. Lubricate the dough with tomato paste or ketchup. Cut the dough into rectangles, put minced meat on them. Fasten the edges with a fork or hands. Lubricate the patties with egg yolk and bake the patties in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
