To bake a cheesecake in a microwave oven, you need to turn the cookies into small crumbs and mix them with melted butter.

2

Put a mixture of cookies and butter in a baking dish, the base of the cheesecake should be uniform in composition.

3

Mix the cream cheese and sour cream and beat them with a mixer or in a blender.

4

Add to the mass an egg with powdered sugar, orange juice and mix the ingredients again in a blender or mixer.

5

Put the mass for the cheesecake on top of the cookies and place the pan in the microwave. The container does not have to be full, because the dessert will still rise during the baking process.

Garnish the dessert with pineapple rings on top.

7

Turn on the microwave at 700 watts for 3 minutes, controlling the cooking process. The cheesecake will be ready as soon as the bubbles appear in the center of the dish.

Remove the cheesecake from the microwave, cool. Put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

note

It is important not to overdo the cheesecake in the microwave, otherwise the airy cheese and sour cream mass will become too thick.
