- - half a glass of mayonnaise (200 ml glass),
- - 2 eggs,
- - half a glass of sugar (200 ml glass),
- - 1 glass of wheat flour (200 ml glass),
- - 50 grams of dried apricots (can be replaced with anything)
- - 10 grams of baking powder,
- - salt to taste.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of wheat flour (better sifted), 10 grams of baking powder, half a cup of sugar and a pinch of salt (add salt to taste). Then, in a dry mixture, add half a glass of mayonnaise and two medium-sized eggs, knead the dough. By consistency, the dough will turn out to be thicker than sour cream, knead until smooth (stir all the lumps).

Rinse dried apricots in advance, soak and dry well. Cut dried apricots into small cubes. Dried apricots can be replaced with any nuts or berries, it’s already a matter of taste (if desired, dried apricots (nuts or berries can be replaced with prepared meat, for example pork fried with onions). Mix dried apricots with dough.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper, onto which pour the dough with dried apricots.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for about half an hour. Readiness check with a wooden toothpick.

Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool. Cut the pie in slices and serve with your favorite drinks (tea, milk, coffee).
