    • 2 cups of oatmeal;
    • 2 eggs;

    • 1/2 teaspoon of soda;
    • 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs;

Take oatmeal. Pour them into a dry frying pan and dry well over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir until a characteristic odor appears. Flakes should not change color. Cool, transfer to a plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin until you get flour.

Take any nuts, fry them in a pan, cool. Grind in a mortar, or put in a bag and roll with a rolling pin until small crumbs are obtained.

Take the eggs. Using a special tool, separate the yolk from the protein. Remove the protein in the refrigerator. Add sugar and vanillin to the yolk bowl. Rub until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Mash thawed soft butter with a fork. Combine with a mixture of yolk, sugar and vanilla. Put the cereal, chopped roasted nuts, breadcrumbs. Mix the resulting mass well.

Beat the egg white with a mixer into the foam, carefully pour into the dough and mix. Quench soda with vinegar and mix with flour. Add to the dough and mix again.

Put the prepared mass in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covering with a film so that the flakes swell. Form cakes from the dough with your hands. To do this, roll the ball and flatten it between the palms. Put cookies on a baking sheet, which previously cover with parchment paper. The distance between them is 3 cm, the thickness is no more than 1 cm. The thinner and smaller the cookies, the more friable it will turn out. If it’s not very thin to form a cookie, then after baking it will turn out crispy.

In the middle of each cookie, put a quarter of a walnut, a strip of dried apricots, or raisins for decoration. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake cookies for 20 minutes. It increases in volume by 2 times. Carefully remove the cookie from the pan with a spatula. Chill and serve.

To prepare cookies, do not take cereal with sugar, cream and various flavors.

Useful advice

So that the finished dough does not stick to your hands, moisten them with water a little before forming cookies.

Do not wait until the cookies become hard. Take it out of the oven soft. When the cookie cools, it hardens.
