Put the dough on a table sprinkled with flour and proceed to the formation of pies. Cut a small piece from the bulk of the dough and roll a long sausage 3 cm wide out of it. Cut it into equal pieces. Roll balls from these pieces, let lie down for several minutes. Form pellets from balls. Lay out the filling in the middle of each, and connect the edges together, giving the pies an oblong, elongated shape.
