Heat the soy sauce, add brown sugar, mix vigorously and let it evaporate a little to get a syrup of a somewhat viscous consistency. Place the diced chicken breast fillet in it. Fry for 1-2 minutes, put chopped bamboo shoots, pineapple and leek into the wok. Continue stirring for about 4 minutes. Serve chicken with boiled rice. In Thailand and Indonesia, banana leaves are used instead of plates for this dish.

Pork in sweet and sour sauce

Place small pieces of pork in a hot wok (it is better to use a not too oily neck). Almost immediately add petiole celery, chopped with "sticks" of 2-3 cm, carrot, diced and small onions. Pour the sauce, for which mix lemon juice, soy sauce and plum jam. As it boils, thicken with starch diluted in cold water. This dish should not be too liquid, let the resulting sauce only envelop the pork and vegetables.

King prawns with rice noodles

Heat butter, add vegetable oil, fry peeled king prawns on the mixture, pour in oyster and fish sauces. After a minute, put the green beans. Fry, stirring vigorously, until half cooked. Pour in coconut milk, as it boils - put rice noodles. Keep on fire for another 2 minutes. and serve.

Seafood Shiitake and Wild Rice

Soak dry shiitake mushrooms for 1-2 hours. Dry, chop and fry in a wok in vegetable oil. Add tomatoes, seafood, chopped lemongrass, galangal, cilantro. Put pre-boiled wild rice. Let the excess liquid soak in, and immediately remove from heat.

Vegetable Curry

Heat the oil in a wok. Sauté fresh ginger, garlic, kalingini and cumin seeds on it. Add curry powder. When the aroma of spices intensifies, add diced carrots, Thai eggplant, onions and green onions. Salt. Pour in coconut milk. Continue stirring until excess liquid has evaporated. Vegetable Curry is ready!
