Therefore, for daily consumption, surimi were invented - minced fish sticks flavored with crab flavor. In Russia, crab sticks have gained immense popularity, especially as an ingredient in salads. Many recipes were invented with them, many of which are quite high-calorie. We offer a recipe for low-calorie salad with crab sticks, which does not cause too much damage to the figure.

You will need

    • Iceberg lettuce or Ice Palace;
    • juicy crab sticks chilled-1 package 250g;
    • fresh cucumber -2 pieces;
    • carrots 1 piece;
    • quail eggs - 8-10 pieces;
    • bell pepper red - 1/2 pieces;
    • olive oil -30 - 40ml;
    • juice of half a lemon;
    • tablespoon of french mustard seed.

Choose a firm and fresh heading salad. Its leaves are juicy and tender and have a pleasant sweet taste. Chop the salad thinly, like cabbage. Sprinkle a little with lemon juice and mix well with a spoon.

Cook hard-boiled quail eggs and pour cold water over them so that they can easily be peeled off. Peel the eggs as soon as they have cooled.

Peel the carrots and dissolve it lengthwise into strips. Then chop with a thin straw. Add it to the shredded salad immediately and mix again.

Fresh cucumbers cut into strips a little larger than carrots. Dice 1 cm cut half the bell pepper. Gently mix all the vegetable ingredients and salt to taste.

Cut the crab sticks lengthwise into 3 to 4 parts and then chop across into cubes. Put them in a salad bowl and gently mix with vegetables.

In a small container, mix the ingredients for salad dressing: lemon juice, olive oil and French mustard. Season the salad with this mixture.

Garnish the salad on top with quarters or circles of quail eggs. The festive low-calorie salad is ready. For portioned serving, you can put it in the young leaves of Beijing cabbage or Endiviy salad and serve.
