To prepare this delicious nutritious dish, you will need the following products:

- 3 squash (400 g each);

- 500 g of ground beef;

- 3 carrots;

- 3 onions;

- 3 eggs;

- 120 g of grated cheese;

- 6 tbsp. l chopped parsley;

- 3 tsp mustard;

- vegetable oil;

- marjoram;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Peel the squash very carefully, then cut it lengthwise into halves and take out the core with a tablespoon, making a kind of baking pots. Then salt the vegetables from the inside and when the juice is formed, drain it.

Peel onions and carrots and chop finely - onions in small pieces, and carrots in thin strips. Transfer the onions and carrots into a deep frying pan and lightly fry in vegetable oil, then add ground beef, mix well and fry everything together until the mince is ready. Then remove from heat and cool.

Cook hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool, peel and chop finely with a knife. Add chopped eggs, chopped parsley, prepared mustard, marjoram, pepper and salt to the minced meat fried with vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly and stuff the halves of the squash with the cooked filling. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 ° C for 20 minutes.
