To prepare a dish of milk you will need:

Ingredients (4 servings of 200 g each):

  • Raw milk - 1 kg;
  • Raw carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Raw onions - 2 pcs.;
  • Mayonnaise - 150 ml;
  • Salt - 20 mg;
  • Pepper - 2 mg;
  • Mustard - 1 mg;
  • Nutmeg - 1 mg;
  • Flour - 200g;
  • Vegetable oil - 50g;
  • Fat - 50g.

Cooking:

  1. Get the milk in advance from the freezer and set it to defrost.
  2. After defrosting, roll the milk in a dry cloth in order to remove excess moisture. Do not overdo it, otherwise they will be very dry.
  3. Salt milk, pepper, you can add a pinch of nutmeg.
  4. Set aside the milk so that they absorb the spices.
  5. Peel and chop onions and carrots with thin strips.
  6. Lightly fry onion and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  7. Roll the milk in flour and fry lightly on both sides in vegetable oil until a tender and golden crust is formed.
  8. Grease baking utensils (a glass pan for a microwave, cast-iron goose or ducklings) with fat.
  9. Place a layer of carrots in the dishes.
  10. Pour the layer with mayonnaise.
  11. Lay a layer of onion on top, pour with mayonnaise.
  12. Put a layer of milk, also pour mayonnaise.
  13. Repeat all layers again, pouring each layer with mayonnaise.
  14. The top layer should be made of vegetables.
  15. Pour all the layers on top again with mayonnaise.
  16. Place in a low temperature oven.
  17. Do not mix layers.
  18. After 20 minutes, remove the dishes from the oven.
  19. Transfer to serving dish.
  20. Garnish with a bunch of greenery.
  21. Serve hot 10 minutes after cooking.
