Not everyone knows how to eat papaya. It should be noted that this fruit is usually consumed fresh. In countries for which this berry is not exotic, it is eaten for breakfast. Papaya can act as a dessert or salad ingredient.

Before use, the fruit must be cut lengthwise, then remove all the seeds with a spoon, and also peel the peel - it is absolutely inedible. After that, the papaya pulp needs to be cut into pieces. They are eaten with juice of orange, lemon or lime. Papaya is an excellent puree, and this fruit will be an excellent addition to green or fruit salad. Papaya juice also comes into play - they can be seasoned with salad or added to a cocktail.
