- Tomato paste (if not - replace with ketchup) - to taste.
- Salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Open canned food and put half of the contents in a pan. You do not need to add oil, since the stew itself is quite oily.

Heat the stew over medium heat until all the fat has melted.

Add water to the stew. Stirring, wait until it boils.
How to boil - add tomato paste (ketchup), salt, spices. Stir until smooth.

Gently, slowly, pour a little flour into our gravy, while stirring constantly. Flour is needed in order to thicken the gravy, so if you like liquid, add a little flour, and if you are a fan of thick gravy, pour more.

Once finished with the flour, let the gravy boil for another 30 seconds. After this, you can add the greens to taste and cover. Turn off the stove and leave our gravy for 3-5 minutes to infuse.
