    • 5 tbsp soy sauce;
    • 200 g of mushrooms;
    • salt
    • pepper
    • spices to taste.

Frying bag-sleeves in the oven significantly reduce cooking time. The turkey cooked in them turns out juicy, tender and without excess fat. Remove the bird from the refrigerator a few hours before cooking. She must acquire room temperature. Rub the turkey with salt, pepper, your favorite spices and carefully transfer it to a plastic bag-sleeve. Fill the bag with air, place one of the corners at the top and cut obliquely to make a small hole for steam. Bake the turkey in a bag at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Put the finished bird and pour the juice remaining in the bag.

Turkey fillet with mushrooms. Cut the fillet into small cubes. Fry it in butter with chopped onions. Then add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, spices and mustard and fry for ten minutes. Pour in sour cream and simmer under the lid for another five minutes. Serve with rice, boiled potatoes or vegetables.

Beef stroganoff from turkey Fillet cut into strips, fry in a large amount of vegetable oil for about five minutes, salt and pepper. Then put the meat out of the pan, pour the cream there, add saffron and chopped green onions. Bring to a boil, stirring. Dilute the starch with a little cool water and add to the sauce. Put the meat in the sauce and keep on low heat for three to four minutes. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.

Fried turkey fillet with rice. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry a bunch of green onions. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add finely grated carrots, chopped into small pieces of turkey fillet and fry for another three minutes. Then add cooked and chilled rice, soy sauce, honey and some water to the pan. Fry for another five minutes. Garnish with greens and serve immediately.
