An interesting version of yogurt pudding. Ideally, you need to take fresh peaches, but if you do not have them, then canned ones will do. It turns out an insanely delicate dessert with a pleasant aroma of fruit and coffee.

You will need

  • - 250 g of mascarpone;

  • - 250 g of natural yogurt;

  • - 125 g of blueberries;

  • - 120 g of powdered sugar;

  • - 100 ml of strong coffee;

  • - 8 pcs. Savoyardi cookies

  • - 2 peaches, 2 bananas.

Instruction manual

1

Mascarpone mix with 125 g of natural yogurt without flavoring, add icing sugar, beat for about 1.5 minutes until smooth. Mix the remaining half of the yogurt with bananas, which are pre-peeled, cut into slices. Grind into a puree and blend into a whipped mascarpone.

2

Rinse peaches, cut into thin slices. If you have canned peaches, then remove them from the jar and put them on paper towels to stack excess juice from them.

3

Savoyardi cookies soak lightly with strong coffee.

4

Put a small amount of delicate cream in portioned bowls, then put savoyardi cookies and washed blueberries with a few slices of peach. Then cover it all with a layer of cream. Lay blueberries on top in a circle and place a piece of peach in the middle.

5

Put the yogurt pudding with peaches in the refrigerator, let the dessert cool for 30 minutes. After that, serve immediately. The beauty of this recipe is that such a pudding cream does not need to be baked in the oven.
