In a water bath we heat honey, sugar and butter. Add salt and soda to this mixture. Beat eggs. Gradually mix the flour into the mixture.

We divide the dough into four parts and send them to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the dough, cut out the figures. We use cropping again. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cooking the icing. Mix the icing sugar with the desired juice and color your figures with a pastry syringe.
Useful advice
Instead of a syringe, you can use a regular package. If you mix powdered sugar with different syrups, then your gingerbread cookies will become more original.
